We specialize in long-term leases. Most of our rentals are initial one-year leases.
We manage both furnished and unfurnished rentals. This will be noted in the property description.
The security deposit taken is equal to half of the first month's rent. If the unit allows pets, an additional half months' rent is charged as a pet deposit. The deposits will be returned in full (provided there is no damage to the rental) within 15 days following a move-out inspection.
No, we do not charge tenants a service fee.
Tenants are responsible for maintaining proper care of the unit. This includes routine cleaning and yard maintenance. Cable, internet and utilities are also generally excluded from rent and paid for by the tenant.
